- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
1. Agreement
Humanizely (“Humanizely”, “we”, “us”) is operated by JayBee Labs, [ADDRESS]. These Terms of Service govern your use of humanizely.app, our mobile apps and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. The Service
The Service includes an AI Detector, which estimates how likely text is to be AI-generated, and a Humanizer, which rewrites text in a chosen tone. Detection results are probabilistic and may be wrong. See our Disclaimer.
4. Plans, billing and renewals
We offer a free plan and paid subscriptions. Web purchases are processed by our payment partners; we never receive your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; paid features stay active until the end of the current period. Purchases made in our mobile apps are billed by Apple or Google under their terms.
5. Plan limits
Free and paid plans include usage limits described on our Pricing page. We may change limits with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.
7. Your content
You keep all rights to the text you submit (“Your Content”) and to the outputs generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process Your Content only to provide and secure the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to submit Your Content.
8. Outputs and your responsibility
Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and for complying with any rules that apply to you, including those of your school, employer or publisher. We do not guarantee that rewritten text will or will not be identified by any AI detector.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build a competing service from it.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the Service or create risk for us or others.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on detection results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before they take effect.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
