1. Purpose

This policy describes what you may not do with Humanizely. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Honest use

  • Do not submit work in violation of the academic integrity, employment or publishing rules that apply to you.
  • Do not present others’ work as your own or use the Service to plagiarize copyrighted material.
  • Do not use the Service to deceive people about who wrote something where disclosure is required.

3. Prohibited content and activities

  • Fraud, scams, phishing or impersonation of real people or organizations.
  • Spam, including mass-produced content for search manipulation.
  • Illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content, or content that exploits minors.
  • Content that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy.

4. Protecting the Service

  • Do not create multiple accounts to get around free limits.
  • Do not scrape, automate or overload the Service, or access it except through our interfaces.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits or payment.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate this policy, without refund where the violation is serious. Report abuse to support@humanizely.app.
